egr coolers give trouble, ours (2009 / 110,000kms) did and apparently is a "common fault" mimics a blown head gasket.
We have also had new ECU, Boost sensor and wiring loom.

My advise is as follows, good trucks but make sure you get a warrenty )the cost of the 36 month warrenty was less than the cost of the EGR repair.

I think all common rail diesel trucks have similar issues.
  

I have English Pointers because they don't ever grow up either..

I got one, done 300+ k's still going all good (touch wood  Smiley) Clutch was replaced when I first got it but had no other issues, seems like a good truck.
Reverse is pretty fast for some reason
