Fly Patterns represented in the Tie-a-Fly Video series of Five Videos.

Volume 5 - The Nymph - Creedons Creeper & Beadhead Hare & Copper

This Nymph shows a completely new and world first showing of a fur dubbing technique that puts the fur dub totally on top of the hook, leaving the hook gape and bite free for maximun hooking potential. This is one of the all time, great `searching patterns' as well as an artwork fly in its own right. The Video for this fly alone is worth the whole set for the information given

This is a very effective pattern anywhere in New Zealand. Whereas the dressing has been given below, the technique has to be demonstrated, as it is too difficult to explain adequately in words.

The Fly Tyers Bible on Video

Almost everyone who has already purchased this first tape has now bought the full set, which says a lot for the quality and information offered on these Tapes. The idea behind the tapes is to instruct all tiers whether skilled or not, to clone every fly they tie; a fly that is almost indestructible and perfect in form.
