Lake Tekapo Water Level

H, Heading to Lake Tekapo this weekend & thinking of taking the boat for a troll etc. Never boated on this lake before but I understand the water level varies a bit and when low can impact use of the ramps. Any local info on how it is looking at the moment? Is it worth dragging the boat? Cheers

Have a look at the Genesis Energy website.

You wont have a problem. I understand the ramp at the camping ground has been extended. The ramp at the outlet from the lake is always long enough even at lowest levels, just.. there is a minimum level set on how far the power company can reduce levels .
