Yes, you definately can. The bismuth today has improved and is not quite as brittle as the early stuff, which I've used in 12g. The more I've researched it the more it's recommended that you need to drop down a shot size.
I've ordered some Eley 20g which has arrived but wont use it until next year. Kilwell have it in 12g 32g 4's if you find it hard to get hold of.
