After suggestions on someone to source and fit a second hand Drivers side mirror , in Christchurch.
Early model Jimmy , glass was replaced but I understand they stuffed the wiring/internals. Anyway it won't adjust.
For a non mechanical friend.
I'd do it but I'm in Taupo.
Thanks Penniless

Grin Grin Grin Mate you'd be hard pressed to call a Jimney with electrically adjustable side mirrors "early model"!
My Jimney was what I would call 'early model'. It had a 530cc 2 stroke sewing machine motor in it, weighed about 700kg dripping wet, and the side mirrors had been borrowed off Suzukis line of 1970's road bikes.  Now thats an 'early model' Jimney. Any more than a driver and three deer on board and it was overloaded Cool
