Costs a few dollars to put an I'd tag on a dog. Shame that people can tbe bothered.

Most are chipped now if they are registered aren't they?
If they aren't registered well then I guess not getting  your dog back is a natural consequence.

I like a wee plastic tag with a phone number on it. With the number of cell phones using humans to carry them around these days a lost dog is only lost for the time it takes to dial a phone number.  Smiley
