Using AR2217 with 145gr Eld-x in a 270win

Print Post
Gday there, got all the ingredients to start developing a long range load for my savage 116 270.
I only have the hornady 10th edition book (which doesnt list any adi powder data at all for 270 cal) & the adi book which only lists 140gr projectiles then bumps up to 150gr.
My question is:
Is there anyone out there with a different book that can share the min & max load data for ar2217 powder with 145gr bullets in 270win?
I will be seating out long & single loading at this stage.
Cheers

Cant really help with 2217 but I use 58 gr 2213 with 145gr ELDX at an av of 2850 f/s
Moderate load which produces consistent accuracy

2217 is H1000 (hodgeon)
and 2225 is Retumbo
if that helps at all

I have English Pointers because they don't ever grow up either..

The hornady book doesnt show retumbo or h1000 powder charges for 270 cal 145gr eld-x but the adi book & website shows ar2217(h1000) reaching the highest velocities for 140gr & 150gr 270 projectiles.
I ended up starting loads at 57.5gr ar2217 & increased in .5gr increments up to 62.5gr where 1st signs of half round smilie faces (extractor plunger marks) started appearing on case head & started showing flat primers.
I found 60.5gr was right in the middle of an accuracy node giving me .400" group & average muzzle velocity of 2978fps with no pressure signs. Tried fine tuning even further by .1gr increments either side of & as well as 60.5gr. The result favoured 60.5gr again  Smiley
Thanks for the comments chaps
Cheers

GKB,
I have a 5th edition, 2010 ADI issue and it lists the following loading range for a 150 grain projectile with
AR2217 - 55.0 start - 59gns max (compressed)
