Flash hole size?

Iíve noticed the flash hole is smaller with my Hornady Brass than the Norma batch. Is this likely to be an influencing factor in accuracy?would the Hornady case benefit  from having the flash hole opened out with a flash hole debuting tool?

I had a stereoscopic microscope for work , it could focus on the bottom of  an object then could refocus on the top , it was graduated so I could measure the thickness of microscopic objects ( bacteria).
I used it on a lot of new brass to look at the inside of the flash hole and found that brass which had the flash hole punched out could, but not always, have tags of brass up to 2.5 mm long on one side of the inside of the flash hole , drilled flash holes were very even but were still a little ragged around the edge ,  .01 mm max . This prompted me to get a flash hole uniformer and even everything up no matter what , I really don't know if it made a real difference to accuracy but I did it any way for peace of mind .
