South Otago, looking for a hunting partner.

Gidday , I live south of Dunedin and have gotten back into shooting after years away from it. I have never shot anything bigger than a rabbit and would love to knock over a goat or a deer.
I have funny days off and can even manage midweek with a bit of warning.
I am willing to share all costs and am pretty safety conscious. Day hunts preferred. Adequately fit.

I'll probably be moving down to glenorchy end of next month or somewhere around that time. I'll most like have every second thurs, fri, sat, sun off. Been sussing all the country out down there, have a few spots I'd like to check out. You wouldn't have a boat by any chance?

It's almost intimidating looking at all the country on maps, like where the hell do I start?  Grin

Was put in the open tussock country not far from ranfurly today, saw a few pigs and lots of rooting around. First impressions of the South Island good!
