After 24 years I have decided to seek interest for the sale of the FishnHunt forum. I am now retired and traveling a lot so just don't have the time to put into it. This has not been an easy decision as the forum has been my baby for 24 years and I have made so many great friends over the years.
There is a reasonable income to be had without doing anything, however it could provide a good full-time living for an enterprising outdoors person . Anyone interested please email me alan@fishnhunt.co.nz and I will send them an information sheet. www.fishnhunt.co.nz/forum/YaBB.cgi
Hope you find a buyer Alan, I have to say the amount of great info I have gathered and the friends I have made through the forum is something I really really appreciate. Hopefully you can soon relax and enjoy your retirement more.

It is a great forum Alan. Will be sorry to lose you and I do hope you find the right person/s to take over and continue the tradition you have created.

Thanks for the friendships made, some amazing forum hunts, and of course the legendary forum BBQs.
I have enjoyed the last 12 years or so and I would never have met so many great people, some have become good friends.
All the best with the planned retirement Alan, lol, your type of character means you dont know what retirement is, there will never be enough hours in the day mate.

Any updates? I’m very curious — hope this will find some good owners, as good old-fashioned forums are so much better than shallow and annoying Facebook groups!

That is a good observation.

The simplicity is what makes FB so popular, especially with tech dinosaurs, I only stopped posting fishing and hunting reports because its so much more difficult. I have tried several times recently and it eventually pissed me off.
