Sadly there aren’t any magic powders. If you want magnum velocities with 162 or larger projectiles you will get heavy recoil, because physics. As Greg says, a moderator will take some recoil, a brake much more, and backing off velocity quite a bit too, but if you’re going to do that you may as well get a .284 Win or a .280. A stock with good geometry and proper hold and technique will help too. Hold the forend, use a sling to control recoil and practice lots and you will be on the right track also.

162 ELD-X or ELD-M with 2217 or 2225. 180 ELD-M with 2225 or RE26.
Look up loads on tinternet (2217 is H1000 and 2225 is Retumbo, which might help your search). Start low and work up as loads that others use may give too much pressure in your rifle and you will need to find your own rifle’s nodes.
Stug and others list their suggested loads at the start of this thread.
Cheers

holy smoke Batman...you asking rather alot of a single load...
bull thar of red stag at 700yards or a chammy at 50yards and you want to use only 1 load or other way is worse...a red stag, bull thar load for 50 yards and use it on chammy at 700.....
you need harder load for big n up close....and soft more explody load for out long..... you cant have it both ways ...well you sort of can but partitions dont have the super sleek profile and slick BC you will be wanting to reach out that far...
