Hi.  I've got a spare seat available on a chopper trip in/out of the Kawekas end of October if anyone's keen.
1 week hunting Sika.     $380 return.

Hi there Ross270.

How’d you get on with the hunting side of things?

Did you fly in with EKC?

Cheers, Hydro. 🙂

Hi Hydro.

Yes I flew in with EKC. Chris is an awesome guy. Stayed in the bush for 8 days but the weather was pretty crappy most of the time with snow on the Thursday. Shot one Sika spiker and caught a few trout in the river. All in all a great trip thanks.

Bigger sika stags drop antler early Oct.
Smaller stags through Nov.
Antlers harden late Feb.
These are my experiences anyway.

Reds generally cast before fallow and Sika.
