Gidday folks. A mate of mine - not a forum member has got a bit of a problem in Bali., View the surname Hartley or Abbey Hartley give a little, on facebook. read about it . Take a second or two.. This is real stuff. I dont know if i should post this here or if its even allowed. Think about it.. It could be us anywhere.  I ask nothing....but the thought.

I share the common opinion of people in Christchurch that insurance companies suck.

I realize this will never happen but personally I think the moral thing to do if they decline a major claim would be to refund the premiums you have paid to them.  After all you paid for something that you didn't receive.

All i know at this time is that the insurance company have said that it was a pre existing condition before the trip. I dont know the name of the company. There will be a fight later....they still took the money as a premium.
