Was waiting for that

Have 3 berettas in the safe but none are capable of taking
A mag extension and not really keen on dropping much more than 1500 on another one just yet

Long mags have problems with  gun dynamics and balance .these can be  quite dramatically changed ,it can put too much weight out front to get the gun swinging with a full mag and the point of balance moves back with each shot , changing the point-ability of the gun  .
I'd stick with what you have .
Also remember a 7 shot extension on a 3" chambered gun will usually take more than that in 2 3/4 shells which can also be a problem .

Shooting is the most fun you can legally have with your clothes on .
Proverbs 12:27
The lazy do not roast any game, but the diligent feed on the riches of the hunt.

I dont shoot geese from layout blinds.......do jump shoot both geese n ducks and can count on one hand the amount of times Ive emptied all 6 rounds from my pump gun in the 5 seasons Ive owned it....2 of them were on geese resulting in 4 down. 3 were on jumped up mallards resulting in a 4 and 5 and 6 down  Wink
most times I dont even get the 4th round out before birds getting too far out or presenting bums only so I stop fireing.

All very well and good a mag extension isn't needed for the shooting you do
but my 2 semi auto berettas are of the 4 shot variety and unable to take an extension
With the shooting I do I am regularly finding that I'm needing more than the 4 shots I have available and have decided I may as well go for a gun that can take an extension for when I am shooting from my layout

Now back to the question
Anyone got an sx4 and what do you think of them?
