Hi team,

I was wondering if anyone had any land access or knew of any good spots to hunt some roos. My dad is flying down next weekend to come for a shoot before I head overseas for awhile and this would be a last big hoorah.

Regards Cheesy

Mount Studholme in Waimate if that helps.  Its DOC land as well.  Not been there for a while now but there were plenty running around on the mountain.
That's if you feel like traveling to Waimate.

All public land from Waimate to the Macauley at the head of Lake Tekapo contains wallabies..  Look for creeks, cover, swampy bits in creeks, late afternoon to twilight.

They are there.
