Evening everyone. Hopefully everybody is enjoying their Christmas Eve and looking forward to a good day tomorrow. I was lucky enough to get out for my first Tahr hunt a few days ago whilst down south visiting family in Christchurch. Im a bit hooked I will say and I definately want to shoot a bull in winter now! Hope you enjoy the video. Cheers.

Good stuff and nicely filmed.

Its nice to see familiar country. I've been down to that creek and back a few times.

Yer thanks for posting. Funny how the macaulay looks so flat but when your climbing the hill it seems so steep.

Nice watch, you'll be back again I'm sure. Those mountains have a magnetic pull to them I reckon.

This vid deserves far more positive feedback than it has attracted.

Its a great honest, grass roots account of a first up Tahr hunt. Well filmed.

Damn well done and thanks for your effort in putting it up!
