Dogs aren't a hunting accessory.  Owning a dog is a lifestyle choice.  Something plenty of hunters should think about.

Somebody has to say it. That was a crap thing to say Lovett. The man is down, no need to kick him. All the best with finding her a good new home Kane. It sounds like she has been well looked after. And all the best with the family.

Cheers,

That’s a shame mate. Hopefully you can find her a good home, sounds like a good little dog.

Do you have any photos you could put up mate? Have you done any gun fire work with her? If she is scared, does she run away or anything? What doesn’t she like around cars and what does she do etc?

Life's hard, the mountains are hard and so is dog handling.

If me putting my virtual foot in is the worst of 2017 then everyone consider themselves lucky.

Thanks mate actively looking for houses bit of luck she can stay on if not then it's a dam shame but would be nice to see her go to a good bugger off here.
she's not gun shy just not keen on the bang wont run away from gun im not pushing it to much yet just heaps loud noises at home
cars she will jump in most of the time  because she knows that something good is coming from it but will tuck in on floor or something and cover her head haha . built a box for Ute no worries in there.
soft girl but wants to work loves to hunt ground sent etc
truly gutted hopefully will find a house for us all

Sorry BC missed that class, wasn't one for school as a young fella. Kane, that was fairly blunt I am sure you are in a tight spot.

Where are you based, maybe someone here could temporarily house your hound.

Is that what you thought when you got rid of your German Shepherd because it was useless ?

No the dog was excellent, so good in fact, Duke went on to become the youngest Police Dog ever to be crowned top dog.

Not what I wanted from a dog, too much handling involved, plenty of responsibility comes with a weapon like that, walks at the park are not a walk in the park.  Not that you would understand PC.

Current dog has seen more dead deer than you have posts in the story section.
