Fly Fishing Tuition

Hi everyone,

I have been spin fishing a long time and am finally giving the fly rod a go. I'm wondering if anyone can lend some advice on whether or not to pay for some casting lessons. Are lessons worth it and if so, any places/people that are recommended? I have done my best with books and videos but am thinking it would be beneficial to have someone side by side instructing. I am based in Christchurch

Thanks everyone Smiley

I'd get a lesson or two if you can afford it.
You never regret learning good techniQue early.  Better that shaking a bad habit later.

Like a cane chair at a nudist camp, always leave an impression.
