Was that you picking a dog up last night about 630pm about 20km short of the tauramanui turn off on the western access road?

I saw an older bloke 50+ tying a lead onto a black and white fleck dog. Driver was in a tan/brown d40 navara Ute.  Stopped on the side of the road south bound on a big long straight up hill. Near the access point for the bike trails I think.

Dog Found! Turns up he's in Taumarunui after receiving stab wounds not from a pig but by some f**kwit lowlife c**t. With confirmation from animal control officer who seized him so thumbs up to Maria and Lukas from Waitomo District Council and the vet's down in Taumarunui Pity there wasn't enough concrete evidence to land him to court. It's a small rural area so you'll get yours mate..
Cheers

Great news he turned up Smiley even though it sounds like he has been through the ringer. I guess the vet made an educated guess about the wounds but doesn't sound very good. I don't know why someone would do that.
If he was worrying stock maybe someone tried to stop him ? seems pretty odd unless they breed some yolkels in Tauramanui.
I hope he makes a full recovery.

I can't go into to much detail but basically was a domestic incident and police were called etc and the police rang the dog control officer to seize as he was stabbed in the neck. The only reason it didn't go to court was because there was no physical evidence against him. But super stoked as it wasn't looking good for the old boy

Oh, shit that's no good, the bastards  Angry
Wankers like that need to be castrated so they can't have kids as they are just as likely to abuse kids as well as animals.
