Found Hunting Dog at the Silver Peaks Forest Park car park (North of Dunedin)  on 27/12/16.
Was hungry and very weak.
Has a rip collar and also a Garmin tracking collar.
Very nice natured and taking me out for a walk everyday  Smiley

The tired useless bastard of an owner who did not keep looking for his dog should be hung slowly.

If it has a tracking collar on it you can bet someone is probably been out regularily looking for it. They may be a bit annoyed if someone removed it,and didn't leave a note.
It should have been advertised by now though.

Wouldn't that be a bit pointless on a pigdog?

I miss-read the collar part.  I don't hunt pigs so can't comment.  Myself I wouldn't own a dog that didn't stop.  That's me though.
