any one want my maimai on the left true bank of the wairoa river  Cheesy

PRIME TAURANGA WATER FRONTAGE  Grin

for mallards, greylargs ,grey duck and Canada geese

also 2 meters out  front has perment water with deepish hole/ tidle river channel with execllent numbers of mullet and kahawai

has mount manganui views close the the shops  and pub at bethlihem  ,

its own white sandy beach  with boat parking just up the creek which runs beside it though the reed bed , the  creek is navegatable in all but low low tide

also has a nice urban out look  but that is of not a worry as the boys who  shoot  almost straight across from me,s shot has never reached me and they shoot some big rounds

has 40 ha of rough reed and mash land behind it  and is situated just 1 km over the hill from one off the biggest bird reseves in Tauranga

reasons for  , Grin im getting old knees not what they where , not even sure if im doing opening this season but not for the above reasons  Cheesy  just getting to the stage where I cant be bothered shootinng that spot ,  time to get some other areas  mit go over the bro in laws  see what hes got  etc  if I do opening

maimai can shoot really good at times and is in a great location for the area

yes it really is a prime legal shooting spot  close to the city  easy to get to

i used to boat in mostly  as i found it  better to have a boat  deep water hole out front

the maimai is most likely shootable as is if  dressed up and maybe the odd nail ,

theres plenty of cassarena around which is legal to cut
or just do what i did some times and pile up the drift wood around it , that worked

could be a rush for it on the 10th  so putting the word out , as i would like to see the spot keeped shooting  Smiley

a really top and legal  spot to build a top grade flash maimai

no , how much u want to pay  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

its still there but looks  straight at a new subdivision across the river u could put a range finder out from it to see if  is safe  must be close to 350 / 450 / 550  meters  across there  guys used to shoot from the other side and no shot ever landed on me

most of the river edge is getting built out  but still one or 3 spots there  one any way  pm me if you want more info

in  a good blow the place has a few birds

there is still a air bit of hunting in the area  and the harbor  depends a bit on what ecosystem you want to hunt in  and how you want to tackle it  i can fill you in on a few

Grin spent too much on property in this town as it is.  Na don't have access to a boat, just thought it was a cool offer and was curious to see if anyone took it up.
Cheers
