Stunner alright, what a lovely fish... why is your fly un-done?

Sorry about that but I couldn't help myself. Grin

Fly undone, distended anus. Oh dear, should someone be alerting PETA?? Undecided

Did you see many mice in that valley?

Hi fellow fishers,
Sorry for the delayed response - work commitments prevail! Thanks for all your comments, observations and opinions. It has confirmed my thinking and underpins my own observations. There will always be some hungry and lazy browns that want a good quick belly-full of tucker with minimal effort... Mouse vs Mayfly... no brainer eh!!

So, there does not appear to be an island wide plague more localised. Unsure what the answer may be in terms of seeking clarity of the results according to the DoC monitors?? Maybe there will be a public press release or do these things just get forgotten about?? Guess this decision is made by a higher authority......

Marcco - that's a magic fish.. Well done!

Tight lines everyone  Smiley

Was kept awake by mice scurrying over our tent at loch katrine (lake sumner) the other night, got up for a leak in the middle of the night and must have not quite closed the zip to the tent when I went back to sleep, got woken by a screaming girlfriend thrashing around on top of me (in the not-so-good way) and three mice inside the bloody tent. Could be due to proximity to the baches and huts there but was certainly a lot of mice about
