  Good on ya Jammie, I'm sure ol Rex would have enjoyed it  just as much as you did.I know he loves reliving the past.

I miss not having spent a lot of time hunting with my son but last week got to take my 12 year old grandson for his first hunt , so starting the next generation of memories.

tell the ol chap to put a couple of beers in the fridge ,, must call in and see him soon.

ps ,,,did the pluckin thing turn out usefull?

top read there, nothing beats a good hunt with father and son, i have to some good memories  of my son and i before his death, at seventeen, one hunt in particular on renata ridge in the tararua's, we took a nice ten pointer together
