Problem reading...

When I read a thread it seems that some posts are easy to read some are not (every other), are there different fonts applied ?

Otherwise I think the new layout is good.

Thank´s for the tip Alan - it´s better now, the difference is still there (the post by Cliff Larsen and my second post is bolder than my first post and yours) but now I can easily read the posts Smiley

I have just been having a play in Internet Explorer, which I presume Gerry and Cliff are using and yes, there is a subtle difference between posts. Each alternate post is slightly bolder than the previous one and the lighter posts are probably the ones that are causing Gerry and Cliff some grief. It is possible for Alan to change these settings.

Internet Explorer doesn't have the ability to customise webpages as easily as my browser, Opera, but if you go into "Tools" on the toolbar then "Internet Options" and then "Accessibility" you can play with the settings to see if anything helps.

For example if you put a tick in "Ignore colors specified on webpages" the page will lose all of its colour so that the text stands out better.

"Ignore font styles specified on webpages" may also help. If you don't like the results just remove the ticks from the box to restore your original settings.

If neither of these improve things then go to "Page" on the toolbar then "Zoom" and crank it up to 125%.

Note that all these settings will affect all webpages, not just FishnHunt.

Dear Noah,
We could have sworn you said the ark wasn't leaving till 5.
Sincerely, Unicorns

Had noticed that problem too but its disappeared. Just having a wee think what it was made the difference.

Which browser are you guys using anyway?

That indicates to me you are still seeing a mix of the new and old.... seems your browser is showing you old images and style sheet..... Try clearing your cache of anything that is at the fishnhunt address..

As stated earlier, the reading issue is much better now, the every other font difference is still noticeable but I can read every post clear as a whistle...

and yes I run Internet Explorer.

And also try going into you User CP and changing something. anything, such as your age or some other detail. This has worked as a kind of reset for me in the past.
