Orpington feathers

We have loads of these feathers, chooks malting.

They are black with green/purple in the sun iridescence .

I know stuff all about flys but have seen feathers in them, would these be any use?

If you ever kill a bird or one dies and you want to go to the trouble of skinning and tacking out a neck skin and drying it and posting it i will take one..  Grin please. co*k or hen bird but roosters are probably best.

Black Orpington feathers are used on heaps of older style lures here in Canterbury esp for sea run trout.
