Just remember the drop and velocity on the box is usually waaaay off.

Fed .270 150gn are round nosed, so a waste of space at distance.

I've shot 130gn Remington corelockts to 400m, any breeze and its getting blown sideways.

For factory ammo at range, try the Federal 130gn Sierra Gameking Premiums, Federal  140gn Accubond Premiums or the Hornady factory SST loads.

As above.  For my rifle the blue box 130's were way slower than claimed.  Also remember that while you may be able to get the roundnose out to 400 meters if you point the rifle high enough, the wounding potential of the bullets at that distance will be shite and cause an animal a slow death.

Have you looked at Hornady Super performance ammo or the Fedral premium lines if you are using factory ammo?
