A good idea and a worthwhile resource Munster

I've emailed you some relevant NZ firearms legislation and regulations that members may find beneficial when researching firearms related queries including licensing and offences under the Act etc.

These doco's include;

The Arms Act 1983

The Arms Amendment Act 1992

The Arms Regulations 1992

The Arms Amendment Bill #3
(currently before the Law & Order Select Committee)

The NZ Police Arms Manual 2002
(A Police internal document given to officers to help them interpret the Arms Act basically their standard reference for firearms related queries/offences)

I have heaps of this sort of stuff on PC pertaining to firearms regulations and legislation etc so sing out if you want anything in particular.

Cheers
GMW
