long lineing in barbados has come a long way in that the locals has inprove due to working with u.s. long liners , how ever there is need for clear understanding of gradeing and storeing methods. some times yellow fin tunas are graded as a 1 yet when it reaches the buyer it's regraded as a 2+ or a 1- or some times a 3. when this happans it is better to sell the fish local. could you shed some light on this for me?
