hi im 15 years old iv been shooting rabits for 5 years now and i find dusk and dawn is the beast time but nirly all the time i go out at day there are allways on or two sunning them selfs so when ever you feel like it you shoud get a few. i use a marlin 22 mag with 40 grn bulets but for there years a shot with a 22 long rifle and got just the same resalts i used sub sonics for a wile but found past 30 m they will drop a lot and is hard to hold over to alow for that. all thous methods will bring sucses but walking is the beast in my mind.but waiting for them out of a worren sniping them is a good meathod. hope this helps
