Sure I get the hunting permit but that's all. DOC will DEFINATELY send in cullers/choppers to any area they get high kill returns on.
Some advice for young hunters : 1. Get permission to hunt Private Land
2. Have an experienced hunter show you good areas to hunt.
3. Poach
4. Don't get caught
